Product Description
Printing Rubber Sleeve is beneficial for its ease of movement on and off the air mandrels. Printing plates are mounted on flexographic printing sleeves. Printing plates are placed on flexo plate sleeves and floated onto the air mandrel using compressed air. Initially, flexographic printing plates were directly put on the cylinders. Printing Rubber Sleeve is tested under various parameters to ensure its high quality and effectiveness. However, because plates were not easily replaceable and utilising many cylinders for various operations resulted in high prices and storage issues, flexo printing sleeves were created.

FAQs of Printing Rubber Sleeve:
Q: How are Printing Rubber Sleeves used in flexographic and gravure printing machines?
A: Printing Rubber Sleeves are installed onto the printing machines core, which can be made of mild steel or aluminium. They serve as a transfer medium for ink, ensuring precise and high-registration printing on various substrates. Their customizable dimensions and superior surface finish accommodate a range of flexographic and gravure applications.
Q: What makes these rubber sleeves suitable for high-accuracy printing tasks?
A: These sleeves provide a smooth surface and reliable hardness of 60-70 Shore A, which contribute to high registration accuracy. Their robust adhesion to the metal core and uniform structure ensure consistent print quality, minimizing distortion and errors during high-speed runs.
Q: When should a rubber sleeve be replaced or reused?
A: Thanks to their high durability and chemical resistance, these rubber sleeves can be reused multiple times. Replacement is typically required only when significant wear, surface damage, or performance decline is observed, ensuring operational cost-effectiveness.
Q: Where are these rubber sleeves commonly supplied and used?
A: As an exporter, manufacturer, and supplier based in India, these sleeves are delivered across India and globally to printing houses, packaging companies, and industrial printers who utilize flexographic or gravure machinery.
Q: What is the process for customizing the size and color of a rubber sleeve?
A: Clients can request customized diameters (50 mm to 500 mm), lengths (up to 3000 mm), and colors. Specifications are discussed at the time of order placement, after which the sleeves are manufactured to meet the clients precise requirements, ensuring optimal compatibility and branding preferences.
Q: What are the main benefits of using these nitrile rubber sleeves in printing operations?
A: The main benefits include high durability, excellent chemical resistance, smooth and accurate printing, effective temperature tolerance (up to 120C), and strong adhesion to metal cores, leading to enhanced operational efficiency and quality output.
