We generally offer plain surface, but as some applications requires serration on surface for gripping, so we also offer rough surface. Before offering our rolls,
we take different specifications from user such as application temperature, web material, plain or serration required on surface, maximum speed of web material, to meet the requirements of our clients.
Moreover, working rolls are also available with ball bearing type mechanism with norma expansion of 25mm.
- We offer coating cloth coating machines, flat bed printing machine, shaped wrinkle-removing action and slat expander rolls in wooden slat with felt covering.
- Further, these also have aluminum slats available in different diamantes such as 68 and 12. Suitable for slow speed machines such as cloth coating machines, Flat Bed Printing machine, artificial leather cloth and batching machine. These Aluminum Slat Expander Roller are fitted with cam mechanism with left and right slats from center. Additionally, longer width three slats are fitted and middle slats are fixed to avoid V shaped wrinkle-removing action.
